An inspirational talk to increase team engagement, strengthen collaboration, and reduce stress

In this talk, I draw on my 25-year leadership career, which also includes almost 15 years as an executive leader in a large, global organization. I am used to navigating complex contexts and leading employees through difficult challenges and sudden crises, and so this talk is designed to show which mindset and which approach you can use to curb employees' typical reservations or concerns - and to show why it works.

Taking a big picture view on organisations, I also show how the larger part of your time and effort as a leader, regardless of level, should be about human behavior and relationships. This is where the foundation for well-being, engagement and results is  created!

 

There is always ample opportunity to ask questions along the way – and depending on the time you have available, it is also possible to include practical exercises that strengthen the audience's benefit and ability to apply the new learnings directly in their own context.

Why Susanne?

Susanne has 25 years of practical experience as a leader, most recently 7 years as senior executive responsible for a 200mEUR business during a time when the whole world turned upside down, and when unpredictability and performance requirements were sky-high.

Susanne’s educational background is a Master of Science in International business, a Practitioner and Master in NLP, and a number of leadership and executive training programmes. 

 

Most recently, Susanne has also completed a Masterclass in Understanding and Designing Progressive Organisational Structures and a NeuroMindfulness® Coach Certification at Master Level.
