Course Description
Course Structure

3 x 4 hour online workshops
Each workshop dives deep into one key pillar of the Compassionate Performance model:

You'll learn through a dynamic mix of teaching, real-world case studies, practical exercises, and breakout conversations in pairs. Throughout, you’ll also work on your personal action plan - translating insights into clear, meaningful commitments you can bring to life straight away.

3 x 2 hour online reflective sessions
This is where the real magic happens. The reflective sessions create space to share your experiences of putting new tools and practices into action - the wins, the struggles, and everything in between. Through open, honest dialogue within the group, you'll deepen your learning, build confidence, and realise that bold action is within your reach!

1-1 Coaching
At the end of the course, you’ll receive a personal coaching session. This is your opportunity to work through any lingering questions, strengthen your commitments, and provide accountability for taking the steps that you have identified.

Laurence delivered an exceptional coaching day that was inspiring, engaging and eye-opening. His calm and measured coaching style helped to create an open and supportive environment amongst the group and I would highly recommend Laurence to anyone looking to enhance individual or collective performance.
Alex S, TEAM Marketing
One of the most engaging and thought-provoking workshops I have experienced. The perfect mix of the underpinning theories, inspiring stories, and some experiential exercises to highlight just how much can be done to create thriving work environments and resilient team members.
