Workshops

Our workshops are half-day or full-day workshops, either tailormade to the needs of your team or organisation, or on topics related to building a compassionate performance culture.

When we partner with leaders and organisations, we always start with an open dialogue about your context and team needs. This is to ensure that we support you and your team or organisation in the best possible way.

You find details on our workshops related to building a compassionate performance culture to the right.

Compassionate Communication - Learn to create genuine connections in every conversation.

Whether it is giving feedback, setting boundaries, or resolving conflict, it is the way we connect with other people that makes all the difference. Compassionate Communication is a game changing approach to expressing yourself clearly without judgement and listening from a place of deep connection. Participants will leave with practical tools that can be used immediately to strengthen relationships and build a more human workplace.

Compassionate Listening - Learn to be truly present and create a safe space for new insights and change to emerge.

When it comes to creating a truly collaborative environment and being able to access new solutions to difficult challenges, the way we are present and listen to each other is really essential. Compassionate Listening is a practical approach to connecting more deeply with your own and others’ feelings and needs in difficult situations, and you become able to fully embrace another person’s challenge with spaciousness and compassion. There is also time to practice in order for participants to leave with practical tools they can use immediately to strengthen relationships and build a more human workplace.

Compassionate Performance - Learn to create a more human culture and see why it makes all the difference.

People thrive and perform best when they are given high levels of trust and autonomy, are challenged and supported in equal measure, and feel connected to both a purposeful mission and those they work with. This workshop is designed to inspire and spark interest in a new, more powerful way of leading and building cultures that is aligned with our best understanding of human performance, motivation and meaning-making. It is a thorough introduction to the Compassionate Performance Model, the blueprint for creating work environments with high trust and psychological safety. Put together, the three practical pillars of CARE, LISTEN and ACT highlight the importance of balancing high challenge with high support to achieve high performance. The workshop is a rich blend of well-founded theories, practical tools, as well as real-life examples that really bring The Compassionate Performance Model to life.

“The workshop felt like a calm and genuine experience, allowing participants to learn and be vulnerable at the same time. I enjoyed that the exercises allowed me to reflect and make use of the new Compassionate Communication models while doing it.”

“I got a lot of value – a clear process to go deeper in awareness raising and self-knowledge. The way the workshop was facilitated was also very effective – well structured, good balance between content and practice.”

"The session was warm, grounded, and it reminded me how different conversations feel when someone is truly present - not rushing, not fixing, not defending. Just there.

My biggest takeaway: neutral observation is the starting point for real human connection. And asking for solutions that align with how you actually feel isn’t weakness, it’s clarity and courage.

Compassionate communication isn’t “being nice.” It’s creating the conditions where truth can surface early, long before it turns into resistance, frustration, or quiet quitting."
